FLU CLINICS 2011

The surgery is running FLU clinic throughout October and November.  Please contact the surgery to make an appointment if you are over 65yrs old, have any of the following conditions:

Diabetes, Chronic Heart Disease, Respiratory Disease (inc Asthma), Chronic Kidney Disease, Stroke, Chronic Neurological Disease, Pregnant, Carer

If you are unsure please contact the surgery who will be able to give further information.
