Patients can now order repeat medication and make appointments via the web. In order for you to use this service you must complete and sign a application form to agree to the terms of use for online requests. The form can either be obtained simply by clicking link below (For Printing) or in person from the surgery. On receiving application we will e-mail you with a temporary patient identification number and password which can be changed when you first use the system.

Ordering Prescriptions

The surgery can only deal with prescription requests online for items on your current REPEAT MEDICATION list (as shown on the right hand side of each prescription). Items cannot be added without the intervention of your GP.

 

Patients should not order items until they are nearly due for reissue (request accepted up to 7 days early) , as we cannot issue if you have current supply.

 

Making appointments

We will make a selection of appointments available online depending on the online demand for this service.

 

You can make appointments available up to 14 days in advance.

 

Due to the nature of 'reserving' the appointment for internet booking, we cannot guarantee availability at any one time of specific doctors using this system. We will endeavour to keep a variety of GP appointments available at all times. Only GPs with online appointments available will be shown. Please ring if you cannot find a suitable appointment online.

 

Nurse appointments cannot be made online.

 

Please book GP appointments responsibly. The system limits the number of appointments that can be booked, although patients found.

 

To be misusing the system will have this service removed.

 

Appointments that cannot be kept should be cancelled by telephone or using the on-line form. Further help can be found on the login screen

 

Your Prescription will be sent to the pharmacy of choice if this has been previously arranged.
