Additional Services
- Drug monitoring - for Warfarin and certain drugs for rheumatoid arthritis, colitis etc.
- Cervical smears - From the 6th November to the end of March 2022, Aneurin Bevan is offering Saturday morning clinics for women that are due for Cervical Screening. These clinics will be held across the region and you can call directly to book an appointment. Therefore, if you have recently received your smear invitation please call 01633 431701 on Wednesdays and Thursdays 12.30pm-4.30pm and Fridays 9.30am-1.30pm.
- Contraceptive services - including the fitting of caps, coils and implants and emergency contraception.
- Child health surveillance
- Childhood Immunisations - Immunisation clinics held on a Tuesday afternoon at the surgery (Appt only)
- Joint injections
- General health checks - including advice on smoking and diet.
- Maternity services - regular antenatal and postnatal clinics are held at the surgery with care shared between the midwife and the doctor.
- Minor surgery - including Excisions and removal of Toenails
- Vaccinations and immunisations - including influenza, pneumonia and travel.
